Package Shipping

  1. Orders will be sent to the address specified by the buyer when registering within the following working days of receiving payment of the total amount of the customer’s order and will be made only through the transport companies offered by Befunky Fashion Spectacular.
  2. It is the responsibility of the customer to have the mailbox with the correct and clear data so that the transport company can deliver the order, as well as to take care of the delivery or other managements between customer-agency/transporter, any expense originated by this reason will be on behalf of the customer.
  3. For your safety, always open the package in the presence of the carrier and state in writing on the delivery note accompanying each order any deficiencies you may find.
  4. All deliveries and returns are made only through the transport companies offered by Befunky Fashion Spectacular. Shipments will be made on business days from Monday to Thursday. The on-line system will calculate the exact cost for National shipments with the exception of International shipments, which will be calculated according to weight, volume and distance.
  5. All sample shipments to the Peninsula, Ceuta and Melilla can have customs control. The prices do not include the taxes and/or expenses generated by the procedure of customs management (DUA) and its additional charges, they will be for account of the client and paid at the moment of the reception of its shipment in the specified direction.
  6. Delivery time with Envialia is 24 to 48 business hours for products available in store. For free shipping by post the delivery time is 5 to 10 working days for products available in store. A maximum of 10 to 20 working days if the item is not in stock, then we will notify you of the estimated time for your request in case you wish to change the item.
  7. The customer can change the products received having a maximum time of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. They may be exchanged for others of equal or greater value from among those displayed in our virtual store, provided that the product to be exchanged is in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was sent, garments that have perfume or other odors will not be exchanged, lingerie, socks, and stockings, for reasons of hygiene may not be returned under any circumstances. All the expenses originated by such exchange shall be borne by the client.
  8. To make a return you always have to contact us by phone, previously to accept the return. Only previously authorized returns will be accepted. Once authorized, you will be given the data for the return and new shipment.
  9. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. If it is not returned in the same original packaging, the good will be depreciated.
  10. Returns must be sent within 14 calendar days from the date of withdrawal. Otherwise it will be rejected and returned.
  11. The transport costs incurred for the return and the new shipment will be paid by the customer.
